GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The principles of sales and customer relations at Zakład Tworzyw Sztucznych "WEDA" Danuta Kwaśniewska are regulated by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which, assisted by a law firm, were created to reflect the specificity of ZTSZ WEDA's operations in the current market realities. The GCS is an element of the policy of increasing customer satisfaction, which we achieve by improving, standardizing and specifying the principles of cooperation.
Pursuant to Art. 384 of the Civil Code, due to the use of the GCS in electronic form, their application, i.e. binding the parties to the contract by their provisions is not required to be served at the conclusion of the contract, but it is sufficient to make them available to the other party before concluding the contract in such a way that it can store them and play it back in the normal process.
